Combination Detailed Plans
In Kuusamo, Kirkonkylä and Ruka are in the town planning area. Combination plans are compiled from final detailed plans. Combination plans do not have, however, the status of an official plan. An extract of a detailed plan can be ordered from the land use customer service.

By clicking the text above, you will find a map of Ruka town planning area with a zooming option. Zoom in on the property you wish to see and click the map: a dialogue box will pop up with links to plan symbols and regulations as well as possible building practice guidelines. The menu at the top of the screen provides tools for e.g. measuring distances and areas and for printing out copies of the map.
N.B. If you use the link to activate the detailed shore plan on the left in the webpage, activate also the topographic map to get the correct view of the topographic base.

Detailed shore plans
Use the link below to see a map with all detailed shore plans in Kuusamo. Click “Kiinteistörajat” on the menu on the left to see property boundaries. If you click the planning area, a dialogue box will pop up with a link to plan symbols and regulations. The menu at the top of the screen provides tools for e.g. measuring distances and areas and printing out copies of the map.
