The on-call time is only for emergencies and if urgent care is needed.

Local veterinarians have an on-call rotation schedule. Their on-call duty starts at 15:00 on weekdays and ends at 8:00 the following morning. At weekends the veterinarian is on call from 14:00 on Friday until 8:00 on Monday.
