Electronic services

You can use electronic services within Early Childhood Education and Care Services. 

A family living in Kuusamo or a family moving to the town can apply for a place for the child in municipal early childhood education and care, a service voucher or terminate a place in early childhood education and care through electronic services. 

You can also calculate an estimate for a fee related to early childhood education and care, submit income information, accept the maximum fee and change contact information through electronic services. 

  •  The service does not require any identification. Through the service you can make: 

    • an application for a place within early childhood education and care 
    • an application for a service voucher 
    • an estimate for a fee related to early childhood education and care in the family (according to national payment rules and regulations)

     Registration for pre-primary education for the autumn is in beginning of February

  • The service requires electronic identification through the Suomi.fi e-Identification along with either the current or the previous client relationship within early childhood education and care when the family information is provided directly to the application by the client information system within early childhood education and care. Terminating a place ends the client relationship and a new place has to be applied for in accordance with the application terms in force. Through electronic identification you can: 

    • Submit an application for a place within early childhood education and care. 
    • Submit an application for a service voucher. 
    • Submit an application for a change of place within early childhood education and care. 
    • Make a change of telephone and e-mail contact information. 
    • Terminate of a place within early childhood education and care. 
    • Estimate for a fee related to early childhood education and care. 
    • Give your consent to the maximum fee to be charged for early childhood education and care, in which case you do not need to submit any income information. 
    • Send income information attachments. 
    • Make notifications of change through the Notification Form.
