Rehabilitative Exemplary Employment

Rehabilitative exemplary employment is a statutory social service. Rehabilitative exemplary employment aims at enhancing a client’s capabilities and work capacity, life and day to day management skills in addition to social inclusion.

Rehabilitative exemplary employment provides persons with a history of long-term unemployment an opportunity to engage in the world of work. Rehabilitative exemplary employment is based on an individual plan, not an employment relationship, and the work covers different types of auxiliary and assisting tasks.  The places of work include municipal and government offices, organisations, foundations or other public institutions.  Rehabilitative exemplary employment cannot be organised in a private business.

If you would like to participate in rehabilitative exemplary employment, contact Askel Inclusion and Welfare Services or your TE office.
